Birthday wishes!!

Hello Friends,

Happy Monday!!
Today, I m going to share with you a clean and simple card that I´ve made for few challenges.

All the stamps I ´ve used here are from the alley ways stamps. Nowadays  I´m so much in love with modelling paste...that whatever stencil comes in my hand ..I apply paste on it. I punched out few hearts using different colored papers and glued them on the silver floss.Added glossy accent to the punched hearts.
I stamped few hearts and muffin image and colored them using Faber-Castell artist pens.

Closer view of the card

I´ve applied glossy accent on the hearts but its not really clear on the photo.

This card I´m entering in following challenges:
CAS-ual Fridays # 133- CAS with hearts in summer colours
Be Inspired # 54 - sweet things
Simon Says Wednesday challenge - Anything goes
Crazy for CAS # 47 - Stenciling

Thanks for stopping by!!

Here is my card for Round # 4

The theme for Round # 4 is " Border stamps".
I have used three different Border stamps to create this card.
I made this "Missing you" card inspired by one Indian song where the wife of a Soldier is waiting for her husband to come home from his duty, who is away from her since months.
First, I created the background using Music staff border stamp in rainbow colors with masking and distressing techniques.

To create a window, I stamped the thick ribbed band border stamp as shown in the picture and then heat embossed with golden embossing powder . I added few tiny beads to golden wire and wrapped around the window to add more interest.

And the Saree ( Indian attire) is also made using Damask border stamp.I have done heat
embossing using red, orange and sky blue embossing powders and inks.
All the stamps and embossing powders are from Rayher.
For the girl face, I borrowed top model sketch book from my daughter. And colored her using
acrylic colours. Her earrings are heat embossed

For the sentiments I have used alphabet beads. I brushed little gold embossing powder on them to match with the window. Added some sequins in the end.

Here is my card for Round # 3

The theme for Round # 3 is "Stencils".
For this card I have used five different stencils, out of that one is self made stencil.

First using dotted round stencil I applied modelling paste on the card blank and black paper. I added little orange acrylic colour to this paste.

Then using another stencil I applied modelling paste on vellum. I added turquoise acrylic colour and bit of glitter powder to it. And then did distresssing using orange versa colour and yellow dye ink.
With another dotted line stencil, I made one orange strip where I did heat embossing with champagne colour powder and then did distressing.

For the Butterfly, I borrowed my daughter´s stencil. I applied strukturesnow paste. Its kind of granular modelling paste and then I added orange acrylic colour to the paste. I tried it with a brush since it was a thick stencil. And then I did fussy cutting.

This is a self made stencil using Die cut shapes and then i added thick layer of turquoise paste and added tiny beads to it.

Sentiments are from the craft´s meow. Added some sequins, silver floss and bit of stitching!!
Thats my take on Stencil theme. Hope you like it.
